Lowmelt Fiberfill

Lowmelt fiberfill is made from 100% polyester staple fibers with customized width and thickness.  It is hypo-allergenic and resistant to mildew. Its application includes apparel, gloves, sleeping bags, furniture, mattress and anywhere where stuffing and cushioning is required. 

Decking

Decking: Thermal Bonded Polyester and Needled for tensile strength. Available in weights from .75 oz per square foot to 2 ounce per square foot. Available in rolls or cut-to-size pieces. Applications are primarily in Furniture and Mattress, over springs and used as an insulator pad. Also used by the Composite industry for making Breather-Cloth. 

VFT

VFT (Vertical Folding Technology) product is also made from 100% polyester staple fibers with customized width and thickness.  Its application includes  mattress cores for jail, mattress toppers, cushions, and filtrations.   

Needlepunch

NP (Needlepunch) product is best where thin thickness is required.   Its application includes glove, furniture, mattress, and packaging. 

Fire Retardant Barrier

FR: Our Solution for 16 CFR 1633 Federal Standard for Mattress Flammability laws, effective July 2008 in the United States. Covers institutional, medical, and all mattress applications, including futons. 

Royal Cluster

100 % Polyester Cluster fiber to emulate down and feather pillows. This product is offered in Bulk quantities and is often blended with feathers and/or down.
